Remote access help - TeamViewer

Follow the steps below to allow me access to your computer to help solve your problems !

1. You may wish to print out this page [and come back here again for step 2]
2. Click on this link to download the software.
3. 'Do you want to run or save this software?' Click 'Run'
4. Click 'Run' again at the security warning
5. Grant permission to Firewall [Possibly zonealarm ?] to allow access to Internet / Trusted zone [tick in 'remember this setting' and 'allow'] If needed, Grant permission again. **
6. Tell me the ID number that appears in the new window
7. Tell me the password that appears underneath

** Certain types of firewalls, anti-spyware and antivirus packages mistakenly identify this as a nasty. In order to enable remote support you may well have to disable these systems for the duration of the support session.
For your own protection please make sure that you have enabled your built in windows firewall before disabling any third party applications.

SECURITY

It is impossible for anyone [including me] to take control of your computer UNLESS you actively start the process. Once you close the session, access is terminated.
[The session closes by default when you shut down your computer]
